What types of garments do you offer?

We offer short-sleeve t-shirts, tank tops, crewneck sweatshirts, hoodies, oversized t-shirts, and caps. All products are made of cotton with limited edition Latin pop culture designs.

Are the designs exclusive to LOSMIOS?

Yes, all designs are developed by the LOSMIOS creative team. You won't find them in any other store.

How long do the designs last on the garment?

The designs are high-resolution and durable. With proper care (wash inside out, cold water, no high-heat tumble drying), they will last for years, maintaining color and intensity.

Sizes and Fit

What sizes do you offer?

Adult sizes from XS to 3XL in men's, women's, oversized, and unisex cuts. Each product has its own size guide with length, chest, and sleeve measurements in cm.

How do I choose my size if I'm unsure?

Each product has a size guide with exact measurements in centimeters. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger for a relaxed fit or the smaller for a snug fit. If you want an oversized look, order 1-2 sizes larger than your usual size.

Are there oversized options?

Yes, several collections have specific oversized versions. You can also achieve an oversized look by ordering one size larger than your usual size in regular products.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide with tracking included. The cost and time are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

How long does shipping take?

We prepare and ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery times vary by destination and you'll see the estimate at checkout. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Do I receive a tracking number?

Yes. When your order leaves production, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it in real-time.

Exchanges and Returns

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. We do not offer returns or refunds. Outbound and return shipping are the customer's responsibility. The garment must be unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. In Mexico, we also accept OXXO Pay and Mercado Pago. In Colombia, PSE, Nequi, and Daviplata. In Argentina, Mercado Pago.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. The store detects your country and displays prices in local currency: Quetzales (GTQ) in Guatemala, Mexican Pesos (MXN) in Mexico, Colombian Pesos (COP) in Colombia, US Dollars (USD) in the USA, Euros (EUR) in Europe. The conversion is automatic at the time of payment.

Is payment secure at LOSMIOS?

Yes. We use Shopify Payments with SSL encryption and comply with PCI-DSS standards. We never store your card information.

Garment Care

How do I wash my LOSMIOS garments?

Wash inside out, cold water, delicate cycle, no bleach. Dry in the shade, not in a high-heat tumble dryer. If ironing, do so inside out and never directly on the design. With these care instructions, the design will last for years.

Do the garments shrink when washed?

The cotton is pre-shrunk to minimize the effect, but hot water and aggressive drying always affect it. Follow the washing instructions to keep the size intact.

Can I iron the garment?

Yes, but inside out and with low-medium heat. Never iron directly on the design: it will damage it.

LOSMIOS is a clothing brand with Latin pop culture designs. We celebrate artists (Bad Bunny, Karol G, Feid, Shakira, Peso Pluma), icons (Frida Kahlo, Maradona, Messi, Selena), traditions (Ugly Sweaters, Calacas Chidas, Día de los Muertos), and LATAM culture in every drop. Limited edition with each launch.

Why do you say "limited edition"?

Each drop has a fixed number of units. When they sell out, we do not repeat that same design; we launch a new one. This maintains exclusivity and allows for constant drops.
